Virtual consultation
In a virtual consultation with Zoom, you and your Conflictiva expert will discuss your current situation, your goals and what is currently preventing you from achieving them in detail. You will then work out an individual implementation plan together and clarify the most urgent questions.

Step 2
Continuous mentoring over 3 - 6 months
You will receive personal support from your personal expert over a period of 3 - 6 months. This includes weekly, personal sessions via Zoom and the opportunity to ask questions at any time via WhatsApp or Threema chat.

Step 3
Conventions & conflict management
Together, we develop conventions and implement a conflict management system. After our consultation, you will understand exactly what is important from a legal perspective. Implementation phase

You may participate in the program either alone or with your business partner. Depending on your individual situation and desired goals, it may make sense to take part in the mentoring either alone or together.
Mentoring normally takes place once or twice a week and lasts around 90 minutes per session. In addition, you should take one to two hours for personal reflection and implementation.
Your personal expert will be available to you throughout the mentoring via WhatsApp, Threema chat or email and will answer your questions as quickly as possible.
No. Conflictiva only provides advisory services. Legal representation in court is not possible. However, we can provide a lawyer from our network if required.
That depends entirely on the scope of collaboration. In a free initial consultation, we will advise you on your personal situation and make you an individual offer.

We have offices in Zurich, just 10 minutes from the airport, and in Winterthur, right next to the main railway station. As we have fully digitalized our processes, we can work with you without you having to come to our office. We will discuss everything you need to know with you by phone, video conference or chat.
